For the past decade, I’ve worked in organizing, digital strategy, communications, and program management — on the Hill, at nonprofits, and in campaigns of all sizes. (more about me here!)
I started Fine Strategies with a simple goal: to support mission-driven teams wherever they need it most. I solve problems, fill gaps, and get things done.

Managing and coaching teams has always been one of my favorite parts of the work. I help clients hire and onboard talent, strengthen leadership, and improve team operations.
My work includes designing and leading trainings for staff and senior leadership on management, digital, and organizing tactics. I also develop and run large-scale volunteer trainings, equipping people with the skills they need to take action.
Beyond group trainings, I offer one-on-one coaching to help managers and individual contributors sharpen their skills and grow as leaders.

I develop grassroots social media programs, launch relational organizing efforts, and create online-to-offline ladders of engagement that move supporters from awareness to action.
I also collaborate with vendors and developers building tech to engage voters and supporters, helping refine their programs, improve user experience, and think through real-world use cases.
